Our Story
Juliette and Taylor found each other in Fredericksburg while attending Mary Washington College. Taylor wanted to go on a date with Juliette; Juliette wanted to go on a Fall Break road trip. Thus, their first date together was, literally, an October drive on the back roads from Virginia all the way to Canada.
Over the years, they have grown together and supported each other in their endeavors, from the start-up of Taylor’s printing and publishing business to Juliette’s decision to attend law school. Little, though, has changed since their first date. Taylor and Juliette continue to take turns driving, explore the back roads and small towns, stop for coffee at most diners they see, and enjoy the scenery along their way. Perpetually inspired by each other, they are building a fun and happy little life together, pursuing old dreams and new plans every day.
After making several big East Coast moves with their dog, Elvis, in tow – the most recent from Richmond to Philadelphia – they are ever more grateful for the love and companionship they have found in one another. Juliette and Taylor are happy to share with their family and friends a celebration of their commitment to one another and the excitement of their future together.
